add a "regarding" placeholder for school forms

our administration notification has placeholders to say who submitted the form and what the form is, but it would be useful to be able to see who the form is regarding - especially since parents and students don't always have the same last name - then we wouldn't have to always look up the parent in order to see the students they have.

    Yes, please add "Regarding" placeholder. It's not helpful to only list parent names since this assumes:

    1) There is only one family with the same last name

    2) The parent and student share the same last name

    This is extremely important for a form we ask the parents to complete when they want to withdraw their student. If they have more than one student at the school, we don't know which one the withdrawal notice applies to.
