Allow for custom withdraw reasons

As of now, the withdraw reasons are limited to: choice, financial, disciplinary, and other. We find it important to track more details in this area, such as "moved." I t would be helpful to allow custom withdraw reasons.

    Howdy - you should be able to edit these in Core>Settings>General Settings>Table Values under "Withdrawal Reasons". You can add as many as you want. Note that once the reason has been used, even for only one student, you won't be able to delete it and will need to mark it as Inactive to remove from the list. Hope that helps!
