Re-name "Blank Form" type

I'd like to re-elevate this issue, which is already in the bank under two older posts:

K12OB-I-1512

K12OB-I-1702


It would be great if custom forms showed up in parents' view as anything other than "Blank Form," which makes it look like it's incomplete.

Other options might include Form, Custom Form, General Form, or School Form.

    @Sarah Bienvenue, you're perfectly right, I was looking at some internal list and not at the parent view. In the Files & Forms area the type is just actually blank, not called "blank". Mea culpa. Thanks for your response!

    Hi Morgan, I'm looking at our test system, and I don't see where blank form is showing up in the parent view, where are you seeing it?
