Allow the Hawaiian macron and European names in Core users first and last names.
Hello, Blackbaud is stripping characters of European and hawaiian macrons – Ā ā, Ē ē, Ī ī, Ō ō, Ū ū which are important to a user name. Without them it changes the meaning and sound pronunciation of a name. I do see that it does accept ʻ okinas and ë DIAERESIS so thank you for that.

This doesn't just affect people's names, but the okina and kahako can be found in street, city, town, building, and place names through out our state. Our course names or anything written in Hawaiian are also affected. I had problems with it replacing the okina when typed using the Hawaiian Keyboard in Windows. It replaced it with a question mark, then it broke the Emergency Contact form in Magnus after it went over the interface and didn't allow the parent to complete their Magnus forms. I replaced the okina from the Hawaiian keyboard with an apostrophe, and it went through fine.
