Parents often have questions about their account management that we as the school are unable to answer or address, or they are unsatisfied with our responses and request to speak with directly with someone at Blackbaud.
Ideally this parent support would take the form of an email or phone number that would be available both while logged into their account and through a Google search. At the very least, it would be helpful for schools to have that contact information to forward to the parent.
With the transition to BBID, these requests to speak with someone at Blackbaud directly have increased and it is a large gap in our ability our parents.
