The pandemic has driven teachers and even students toward using calendaring the way the rest of the world has been using calendars for the last 10+ years. It's great that you can setup an RSS feed to bring your EM calendar into Outlook/Google but this doesn't IMPORT into your calendar and block off your schedule. A savvy person could figure out how to download a one time ics file and import it, but then the minute something changes in EM that import is out of date.

Even if the integration is just one way but updates daily/hourly/real time when something changes in EM. At an admin level if there was an integration that I could setup that would put the academic/activities/advisory/athletics schedules into their Outlook calendar as actual appointments, not just a secondary calendar RSS/ics feed.

I also realize not all schools use Outlook, many also use Google. The functionality would be great to have there too!

Having this would allow someone trying to book a meeting with a teacher to see their class schedule blocked out on their Outlook calendar. And when trying to book a group of people the scheduling assistant in Outlook (and similar feature in Google calendar) would make the process simple. Right now someone has to look at both their calendar in EM and their calendar in Outlook for each person they're trying to schedule for. It's pretty impossible to do.
