When composing a message and adding recipients, there is no way to distinguish between users with the same name. For example, John Smith the teacher and John Smith the parent would both be listed as simply "John Smith" with no way to tell which one you are picking. If additional details (such as titles, roles, relationship status, etc.) could be displayed next to the names, or when hovering over the names, that would be helpful.
