Frequently we need to identify international students, sometimes by specific country.

The filter for "Race" does not indicate where a person is living now, and "Is Latino/Hispanic" is not relevant outside the US.

Because there is no quick click-through from a list of (for example) international students sorted by country, our registrar staff maintain spreadsheets rather than waste time looking up students pulled from an advanced list.
