Option to "CONFIRM" e-mail address on bad e-mail prompt at login

We have received a few requests recently from parents who logged into the App and got the message that their e-mail address was marked “bad”. This prompted them for a new address, as expected. But the bounces were apparently spurious for whatever reason so their e-mail address is just fine and they need to just have the “bad” flag removed
