Users should only be able to access their own cases within Case Central, unless they are an admin. For example, we need to add several teachers as users so they can access training resources. However, once added they are then able to go to Manage Cases under Support Resources and read the transcripts of all the cases the school has with Blackbaud Support. Some of these cases contain sensitive information that not all users should have access to.
