When a school form is created and the recipients are selected, there is not a current way of adding on student who meet the criteria at a future time. Example: A School Form is for all students at the beginning of the year. We create the form on 8/1, statically add all current students as of 8/1. Then on 8/2 and beyond, new students are added to the school. We would like the additional students to be dynamically added as they meet the student criteria.
