Yes, the current interface is nice and clear and simple to read - but so much scrolling and clicking!

For staff who need to enter all the information quickly, having all the fields visible at the same time would be faster and improve data flow.

It would make learning easier for new staff because, at-a-glance, they could see if the field they were looking for was actually in the edit window they had opened.

Further, it would encourage people to use the system more thoroughly. For example: some of our managers didn't realize they could store the date the transcript was last sent in enrollment management, because that field is below the "cut" and they'd never bothered scrolling down.
