Remove full birthday for Faculty but keep birth month only

Our CFO would like me to remove the full birthday from Faculty records in the Core however, we would love to keep the birth month. Currently there is no option to enter just a birth month listing.

    You can create a Custom User Field to store the birth month of employee records.
