Make "Medications" fields available on the Medical Forms.

We would REALLY like the "Medications" fields available to collect info on the Medical forms. At this time, only the nurse can update that field on the medical contact form.


It seems really important especially for field trips, etc. and to not create a great deal of work and non-compliance from our families.

    As a school nurse, I agree that it is important to collect permission to give specific over-the-counter medications at school and on school trips. I would like parents to give yes/no permission for each OTC medication and have this information available on the Medical Contact Card. Currently, it appears that Blackbaud is not able to capture this information as described. The customizable publishable fields help but we are limited to 10, we cannot ask as Yes/no, and I do not believe that text responses will appear on the Medical Contact Card.
