If forms are attached to a Student Checklist step, they show up on an individual's list of active forms even if the checklist step has been marked "hidden" or "waived". Forms also remain as outstanding if the checklist step has been marked "completed".

There needs to be a way to mark the step completed and deactivate the form at the same time. Or to waive or hide a step and have the form also be hidden or show as waived on the user's files and forms list.

In a reverse problem, one of our checklist steps just asks parents to read information on a page. This one has no way of being marked completed by the individual because there is no form attached to it.
