When viewing a student's Progress area under Academics (use People Finder to go to student record), if that student has been given assignments and received grades, their current cumulative grade is displayed (for example, "96.4%). However, if the student has been given assignments but has received all zero marks, "Not yet calculated" is displayed instead of 0.00%.

The request is for Blackbaud to show "0.00%" here if a student has received assignments and the teacher has graded these, even if the grades are all zero, as this makes it easily evident to guidance counselors, etc. when taking a quick glance at a student's progress that they are not successfully completing assignments.
