Trying to have a full-year course display the grade if the student drops half way through means we need to add a transfer course with the semester grade.

In the Edit Course Section We can either select to show every class a student has dropped and have the schedule OR we can not show the schedule and suppress courses without grades and not display the schedule and show the semester grade from courses that were dropped.

If there was a block to add with current years courses, this would elinate the issue.
