We currently include comments on some report cards, but they are not required. One of our principals asked if there was a way to require her to review the comments (she has the Reviewer role) but not require all of the teachers to enter text in the comments field. I called Blackbaud to inquire and they said this capability does not exist but advised me to submit the enhancement request here.
