As a Platform Manager I would like the ability to run a report and see who has enabled the SSO between their Education Management account and their Tuition Management Account so that we can target communication to the families that have not completed the linking.

This would eliminate the frustration of parents during the re-enrollment process and also help with parents not creating duplicate BBTM accounts.
