Everywhere else in Blackbaud, Bad Emails are respected and omitted, however on a group page, Roster tab, if you click the "Send Communication to" button, then choose All or Members, and finally click the "Send via email" link in the top right corner, the resulting list of emails includes those marked as "Bad Email".
