Sync School Level with Campus in RE Connect so that alumni can be associated with the school they attended and it doesn't have to be added manually.

Currently, when a student graduates, they are labeled in RE with their graduation date and changed to alumni. We would like to be able to specify which campus a student graduated from without having to manually add it in RE. The school level could be used to indicated this in Raiser's Edge.
