The nurse should be able to have a form-like field in the visit section to check off or enter items that appear for every visit. Our nurse always takes the students' temperatures, etc. It would make her job a whole lot easier and her note-taking much more efficient if the standard items were able to be in the visit as some type of checklist or form fields that she could fill out. Currently, they are just open text boxes that create her more work as she has to chart twice to capture all the necessary information quickly.
