Our athletic coaches view their team rosters by going to Faculty > Groups > Teams and selecting their team. From here, they can click the Roster tab to view the students on their team.

Currently, to check on a student's school (not athletics) attendance, they have to click into each student one at a time and look at their Progress view to see a school Attendance Summary. They do this to ensure that student athletes are adhering to school attendance policies.

One of our coaches asked if there was a way for him to see his entire team's school attendance summary in one place, rather than having to click into each student's record. (One way this could work is by having the "Attendance Summary" box/link that appears on a student's profile appear in each student row in the Roster view as well. When clicked, this brings up a popup window showing the list of classes with the # of absences, and each class can be expanded to show the dates of the absences along with reason and comment... it's a very helpful view!)

I called support and it doesn't appear that there is a school attendance report currently available for coaches from the team roster, so wanted to submit it as an Idea for future implementation in Blackbaud.
