Account holds are applied at the student level rather than the parent level. However, this doesn't work when the student's tuition is split and a financial hold is applied due to a past due balance for one parent. The other parent is also placed on hold even though their account might be up to date. Please figure out a way to only make holds applicable to one parent when necessary so that holds can be applied appropriately to only a single parent when that is the only parent who needs to be restricted.
