Currently the Family Directory salutations are created internally based on the parents' ordinal values (who logged into BB first). Some are Mr. John and Mrs. Michelle and others are Mrs. Susan and Mr. Jake.

Please let us standardize and customize the Family Directory Salutation format to match our school's desired format and not rely on ordinal values to know who goes first!
