Profile option: let parents and students view user ID.

When you have two parents with the same name, or whose payment information (legal name, email) might not match what's on file, it is extremely helpful if they are able to include their unique identifier: the user ID.

This would also be useful for students.

    We also user the "User ID" as an equivalent of a student ID in many cases, and it would be great if User IDs could be published to students in profile access. Currently, I have to manually copy over the User ID to the Student ID for each new student so that it can be published to them, but it would save a lot of time if User IDs could just be published in the first place.

    We frequently use User ID when exporting to other systems (ex. school pictures), and students need to provide this ID when using the other systems. It would be helpful if they can pull this ID on their own.
