Hello fellow Bb users !!

I desperately need it to be possible for parents to have an option to input ANY "condition" in medical forms. Currently they have to select an option from a dropdown menu.

Genuinely cannot believe this is not a thing yet—I'm new to Blackbaud and using medical forms for the first time right now and I'm baffled because.... I have to add every possible medical condition under the sun so that constituents can select one from a DROPDOWN MENU??!?! How is this form even considered remotely close to being usable??

Sorry for yelling. Just very passionately want this feature to be added. Couldn't believe it when support informed me I was right that it's impossible as of now.
