While I'm waiting on hold for Support, I had an idea... it would make the experience of holding for an hour or two a little more bearable if we could choose the hold music (e.g. press 1 for classical, press 2 for oldies, press 3 for yacht rock, etc.). :) I know this one's silly but I'm curious how many votes (if any) it'll get!
