Change the hard coding so that when you Edit any section (announcements, news, events, etc.) of the Bulletin Board and you go to the Publish area where it lists the other classes with a description, have it so it displays the Group Number in addition to the Section. Right now it always includes the school year and apparently that's hard coded. Many teachers rely on the Group number to distinguish their classes rather than the section.
