We have several instances where we need constituents to be able to view information, without being able to edit information.

Parents - when there are court orders that one parent can view a student's information, without the ability to complete forms or change the data. We don't want to block all parents from being able to make changes (ie Emergency contacts, forms).

Faculty - it would be great if our homeroom teachers could be added to their student's co-curricular courses in a 'View Only' role, so they know what it happening in those classes and so they can receive the same communications that their students and families receive.
