Right now you can only use some of the fields on a user's current Occupation when creating lists, which functionally makes those un-pullable fields dead data.
If someone has a "Currently Employed" job listed on their contact card, the Occupation object allows you to pull/filter against some of its fields like job_title, business_name, industry, and a few others; however, current jobs also use fields like Specialty, Employment Start/End, Job Function, etc., but these do not appear on the User Occupation object when creating lists and therefore cannot be used as a filter or used in exports like the other fields. In contrast, if someone has a previous job, all of its fields are contained on the User Occupation History object and can be pulled against.
So right now, using lists you can find out when employees started an old job, but you cannot find out when they started their current jobs (even if the start dates for both jobs are listed on the user's contact card). You also cannot use the Specialty, Job Function, etc. fields to create distribution lists, make SmartGroups, etc.
Can we please update the User Occupation object to include all of its fields, the same way as for the User Occupation History object?
