Browsers' auto-fill capabilities wreak havoc with data integrity on just about every form: populating parents' names as the student name, duplicating addresses, not properly processing credit card or bank account numbers, etc. Please disable auto-fill across the board on every possible form. We have an instruction in the headers of all of our forms asking parents to not use auto-fill to complete the form, but they rarely listen.
