Consider a separate category for 'test' students, parents, teachers & candidates

It would be nice to be able to create and use test students, parents and faculty/staff without impacting our enrollment numbers. It's a little tricky to remember to try to pull out all of the 'test' accounts we have when running lists. It would be good if they were automatically not included in lists, mailing lists, notifications, etc. It's would also be nice for faculty to have a test student in their class with the gradebook without them showing up in the roster.

    This is so needed!

    I created a custom field under general settings called "Fake User for Testing" that appears on the user's contact card. I have left it blank for normal students but my test students/faculty/etc. are marked "Yes" it can be added to most user/student basic lists as a column or used as a filter. The only issue is that you can't filter to show blanks only so I usually add it as a column and sort A-Z so they are at the top or I export the list and filter/delete them out.

    It would be amazing if something like this was a real function in blackbaud because you're right the enrollment numbers are off and remembering to filter out is annoying.
