It would be helpful to add a field for notes in the "Edit Student Enrollment" section of Blackbaud course scheduling. It could be coded in just below the "Add Request" button for both semester one and two (see attached image). It would need to have "edit" functionality so that a scheduler could go into a previously generated note to change. It also could have a delete function to erase the note entirely.
This would be useful for schedulers if they ever need to remember something special about a student's schedule, why they needed to be placed in a particular section, issues regarding students you want to keep separated, or changes the scheduler wants to remember from semester one to semester two.
Presently, I have to create another file with all these things about student schedules that I want to remember. If this feature was integrated into Blackbaud, I would be less likely to forget a particular need/issue and would not have to open multiple files (Blackbaud Scheduling and my own) to remember why I did something. It would help a scheduler's efficiency and time management.
