We are trying to map demographics to a third party using OneRoster, but I am very limited what I can map. For example, we have "Middle Eastern or North African" but the closest I can map that Race to is Asian. This is also true for Gender. Non binary is in Core, but there is nothing to map it to - only Male or Femail.
