We need more support for users' account needs. Our school is running into constant issues with BBID for users and our school is not equipped to serve as IT to parents and students. There are consistent errors across the user base and all our school ever gets through Support is they are not sure how to assist the user or it is on the user's side. I understand that may be the case, but how are SO many users having so many different issues and the solutions to resolve are not consistent.

We have zero access to reset passwords or manage accounts besides connecting and disconnecting in Core.

We are losing so many families due to issues with the login portal and we have no way of alleviating these issues.
