I am aware that you can associate school levels to Conduct managers, which limits their view of infractions and which students they can log infractions for. It would also be helpful to use this filter to adjust how the Infractions total displays on the home page to the conduct manager (Academics --> Home --> Items to review --> Infractions ## Ready to approve). For example, right now a Conduct manager assigned to one division is alerted on this page to 21 Infractions (the total school amount), yet when he clicks on the hyperlink of the number 21, the "Review Infractions" page correctly shows his filter and will show him 0 infractions to approve (because his specific level has no approvals needed).
The request is just that the user isn't prompted to take action (approve infractions) when they actually have no infractions to approve. In the situation described above, I would like the Home page to show this user "0 Infractions ready to approve"
