We have a few custody agreements that indicate we must provide school records to an estranged parent but the student does not want share their contact info with that parent. Currently we take a screenshot of the students' performance pages and email to these parents weekly. We cannot give them the parent role because that would show them everything. I experimented with the Dorm Supervisor and Educational Consultant roles but both would reveal contact information (since that is logical in most situations), even if I strip away as much as I can in the tasks.
