Support experts

In the past (actually, it was 7 years ago) I was lucky to draw a support specialist who was an expert in advanced lists. She has been the ONLY person who understood what I was looking for and could execute the list. I've recently had a case where I needed help with a specific advanced list. I did not get the specific help I needed. It was a generic response. The support structure of Blackbaud does not work. There is no way that one person can answer every single question. There should be a filter for support questions not just by the product but also by the specific needs. My time has been wasted and the support person's time as been wasted. Blackbaud, it is time to identify the experts and point us in their direction. Afterall, do you go to a hospital for neurosurgery and ask for a general surgeon? NO! I wouldn't even want the cardiac surgeon. You need a specialist.

    Hi Marybeth - I know how important Advanced Lists are for our work! If you can post what you're seeking in the Discussions area, you may get another Blackbaud user who can help... I've had that happen where someone has posted steps and screenshots from something that they'd created that thankfully worked for me as well.
