The current process for reviewing grades (Academics>Grades>Grades Management>Review Grades could be far more streamlined. An incredible amount of time is wasted waiting for page reloads due to the GUI for this review process.
The following changes would make this process far better for reviewers:
1- Allow ALL grade plans to be reviewed at once. If a school uses multiple grade plans, and a student is enrolled in courses that use different grade plans, then a reviewer cannot see all comments and grades for one student at a time. 2- Display EDITABLE comments alongside grades whenever a comment has been entered. It is incredibly inconvenient to click every single comment for review and wait for a pop-up to display. A reviewer should be able to see all comments for a given subset on a single page and make edits directly on the page.
3- Autosave for comments reviewing should be enabled. So many other fields have this ability.
4- Comments should be visible to advisors in a page that does not require a report card to be generated.
