I often get requests for an enrollment verification for multiple reasons. There is no report currently that does this. Today, I need one for an apostille for a student returning to their home country. Ideally, the report should include (not in this order):

• Student picture

• Student full name

• Birth date

• Gender

• Ethnicity

• Enrolled date (and withdrawn date if applicable)

• Address

• Parent names and contact information

• Current grade level

This needs to be a report that I can print that includes the school's name on it. There is currently a report called Student Information Sheet, which has some of this information, but it is clearly intended to give to parents for correcting information or adding emergency contacts and would not work for this.
