When we need student aides to locate and distribute individual items to all students (like tee shirts) or if our internet/Blackbaud is not working and we need to locate a student, we need a paper copy that shows where every student is during every class period. In PowerSchool you could run such a report with 25-30 students listed per page along with which classroom they were in each period of the day. It was in a landscape grid. Your "Student schedule- By Day Name (Grid) Landscape" only turns the page orientation from portrait to landscape and only lists one student per page - I can do that in "Print option". Why would anyone need one student per page with their class schedule listed in a column (not a row) in landscape orientation - I mean seriously, what level of stupid is that? We need ex.: Row 1 - Column 1 - Student Name, Column 2 - Period 1 location, Column 3 - Period 2 location, Column 4 - Period 3 location, etc. Next row - next student etc.
Agreed that it would be nice to have a built-in report, but if it helps here's a workaround in Excel where you can set the headers as the Periods and the values as the Locations: https://www.mrexcel.com/excel-tips/pivot-table-with-text-in-values-area/
