For "Parent Submit Attendance," we would like to have the option to set our instructions to be displayed or hidden by default.

Currently, the display defaults to hide the instructions. If they were displayed by default parents might be more likely to read them. We also need to include a link to a health form if students are absent due to illness, and to have this text hidden is not helpful.
