Form notification emails don't have a merge field for the form URL. As a result, we have to write out detailed instructions on how to access forms. Form URLs are open to anyone, even to students who are not recipients. Since the notification forms don't have a test function, and links in notification emails aren't clickable, this opens up room for a big mess. Please add form URL to the notification and reminder emails for a form.
