When rolling out a new feature | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

When rolling out a new feature for teachers or students, please create an option that would allow us to enable by school level, like Lower School, Middle School, or Upper School, instead of only allowing a feature like the new Assignment experience to only be enabled at the site level.

This will allow us to roll out new features at our school levels as needed and with appropriate training.
