We would like to request that an additional field be available within the Applicant block on the Application. If a user selects "other" for Ethnicity, we would like for there to be a text field available for the user to type in their ethnicity. This would function the same way the School Name/School Name Other fields do. It is very important for us to collect ethnicity, and they want to be sure they do not exclude anyone based on their options.
