Individual student messaging options

I want to request the ability to control messaging on a user level. Currently, I am dealing with a situation where a few students are using the system irresponsibly, and I would like to limit access in cases like this so that these specific students can only message their teachers - but I do not want to turn of messaging for everyone.

    Would love to see that ability to choose which roles, or which groups within a role can use this feature. Hard to only have an on/off option for all members of our community

    this is a must, and should be able to be controlled from these levels:  Teacher>Advisor>Platform Manager; Additionally,  and as important, is the ability to not only have role-based management but custom group management, i.e. a list of students based on a query, such a is found in Education Edge.
