Withdraw Date before Start of School Year
I would like to request for there to be an option for a withdraw date before the Start of the School Year. If we have a user who signed the contract in March and then doesn't decide to come in July, the school may still need to gather tuition or a portion of it from the user who decided to withdraw. If the Depart Date is not until after the Enroll Date and not the actual Depart Date and the records get pulled for verification (litigation), then this looks like the student withdrew after the start of school, which is not the case. I cannot simply delete the Contract as we also need that for our records.

This is maybe fixed now that you can edit student enrollment in a year that has a contract connected to it.

We're having a similar issue. Part of our contract states that the parents are responsible for a 20% enrollment deposit that is non-refundable. Because we don't have Smart Tuition, they're basically able to submit the contract without submitting the payment at the same time. So, if they then opt not to return, we don't want to delete the signed contract, as it could become important to have that information in pursuit of that deposit money.
So, we need something that allows us to make a change to the contract after signing that indicates the parent signed, but not allowing the student to be enrolled for the following year. This is also a problem with reporting, since the student still shows on the Registered List we created, so all our numbers will be skewed from here on out.
