Parents access to their child's privacy settings needed

We would like Parents to have the ability to edit the Privacy options for their children. Previously they could in Podium as this was an option on the user profile. However, it moved to the Name Menu in the app, which cannot be accessed by other constituents.

I am astounded that we cannot give parents the right to restrict their children's information from directories, or that parents cannot edit their children's custom fields. For safety and privacy reasons, this change needs to be made immediately. Pre-K through 5th grade students don't even have access to Education Management, so a parent can't log in as their student!

I agree with all the comments to-date. It makes no sense for the parents to hide their data if everything is visible in the roster from the student record. Please bring this back!!

I completely agree. This is a concern only for our PreK-5th grade students who DO NOT LOG IN and the parents would like to set privacy settings for their young child. This is not a concern for our older Middle / Upper School students. But it is a MAJOR CONCERN for the privacy of our youngest students.

I feel like this is a very important feature because if a parent of an elementary student, who doesn't login to onCampus, wants to hide their address from everyone they have no way to hide the address listed for the student unless they contact us.
