We have a situation. Our schedules are not published to students yet. However, when a student runs this report they are able to see their schedule. Schedule -> month -> schedule reports -> ‘Student Year Enrollment Matrix (Block)’ The schedule publish dates should be honored by this report. On another note, this report has 1 role assigned to it in report admin, that is the schedule manager. In theory this means that only that 1 role has access to this report? Right? Is there somewhere else to check for security on this? Please fix. This is very important.
